Business SMS approval

Will your website pass 10DLC review?

Before carriers approve a business for texting, they open its website and check the privacy policy, the terms and the sign up form. This scan runs the same checks in about twenty seconds and tells you exactly what to change.

We read the public pages a reviewer would open: the homepage, your privacy policy, your terms and any form that asks for a phone number.

If customers opt in to texts on a page we might not find from your homepage, paste its address. It must be on the same website.

Free. No account needed. Nothing on your site is changed.

The four things a reviewer checks

  • Your website

Live, on HTTPS, with real content and a way to reach you. Reviewers open the link before anything else.

  • Privacy policy

Must say that mobile numbers and text consent are never shared, sold or transferred to third parties. This one line causes most rejections.

  • Terms and conditions

An SMS section with your business name, message types, frequency, rates, and how to reply STOP and HELP.

  • Sign up form

A separate, unchecked text message checkbox with the full disclosure and links to both policies. Phone stays optional.

The scan reads plain page content. Forms built by HubSpot, Typeform, Klaviyo and similar tools, and sites that only render with JavaScript, are flagged for a manual check rather than judged. Questions? Email [email protected] or call (708) 273-3111.
