Business SMS approval

10DLC brand and campaign registration

US carriers require every business texting number to be registered. Tell us about your program and this form checks your answers against what reviewers reject, so it goes in right the first time.

About 20 minutes. Your progress is saved in this browser for 7 days (never your EIN or signature). On a shared computer, click Start over when you finish.

Four things that get you approved faster

  • Have your EIN letter open

The legal name and EIN must match the IRS record exactly.

  • Put consent on your site first

An unchecked SMS checkbox with the full disclosure, on a public page.

  • Update your privacy policy

Say mobile numbers and consent are never shared for marketing.

  • Write real samples

Your business name, real wording, and Reply STOP to opt out.

Step 1 of 6

Your business

1. Customer and contact information

Who we should talk to about this registration.

Use an address on your company domain. Free mailbox domains (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com) lower the brand vetting score.

Must be live and public. A parked, under construction or login only site is an automatic rejection.

2. Brand information

The Brand is the legal business entity responsible for the messaging program. Enter the legal business name exactly as it should appear in the registration.

Nine digits. It must belong to the legal name above. Enter your EIN, not a Social Security number.
