Every item in the checklist below must be in the wording on the sign up form itself, not only on your terms page. Carrier reviewers decline campaigns whose form lacks message frequency, "Message and data rates may apply", STOP, HELP, or a link to the SMS terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and how to contact us. Our Terms name our business, describe the text messages we send, state that message frequency varies and that message and data rates may apply, give STOP and HELP instructions with a support contact, and link to the Privacy Policy. Our Terms state that mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy and Terms are live public pages on our own website, with no login and no pop up.
